The Lycée ORT de Strasbourg is a private school under contract belonging to the ORT France network (Organisation, Reconstruction, Travail), a network of Jewish-inspired schools present in several French cities and historically oriented towards technical and vocational training.

In Strasbourg, the institution combines a general and technological lycée with post-baccalaureate tracks, within a human-scale setting where supervision and individual student follow-up are emphasized. Applied arts and fashion

In the field of design, the school prepares students for the DN MADE mention Mode, a national diploma at bachelor's level (bac+3) accessible via Parcoursup. The program covers the fundamentals of fashion design: drawing and illustration, fashion culture and history of costume, research into materials and textiles, pattern-making, cutting and construction, as well as leading a collection project.

The pedagogy is based on alternating between theoretical teaching (culture of the arts, design and techniques, human sciences, languages) and workshop work, with internships in companies and a personal end-of-program project. The DN MADE allows for professional integration into fashion and accessory design professions, or further studies at the master's level, in a higher art school, or in a DSAA.
