European Heritage Days at the Bibliothèque Forney Take advantage of the Journées européennes du patrimoine to discover the Hôtel de Sens, a historic monument built at the end of the 15th century, which has housed the library since 1961. The Bibliothèque Forney, founded in 1886 and specializing in applied arts, graphic arts and crafts, is a library of images and materials! In the great reading room with its impressive neo-Gothic décor, librarians will present a selection of documents illustrating the richness and diversity of the historical collections. This will also be an opportunity to present, in the entrance hall, heritage documents related to the theme of the 2026 Journées: photography heritage and heritage at risk.
