More than 30 culinary utensils, combined with immersive digital devices (light animations, virtual reality), trace the art of cooking and banqueting through four thematic sections. From the earliest cooking hearths of Antiquity to refined porcelain, the exhibition reveals how Chinese culinary culture has shaped the concepts of "harmony of the five flavours" and "harmony within diversity". On the programme, by reservation: a lecture by Wang Yueqian, curator of the exhibition, as well as playful guided tours for young audiences.
