Discover the finalists of the Prix du design 2026 Bringing together a prestigious jury, this prize aims to highlight emerging and established designers from the region, with a view to showcasing know-how, productive genius, and the creation of new materials. It offers a contemporary reading of the exceptional art of living of the Arab world through the prism of design. The exhibition brings together the finalists of this 4th edition, selected in five categories: Prix du Talent émergent (student or designer whose professional practice spans less than 10 years): this prize pays particular attention to solutions addressing challenges specific to Arab countries, to manufacturing processes, and to development potential. Prix de l'artisanat contemporain: forward-looking, this prize, created at the initiative of Nada Debs, rewards craftsmanship that reinvents traditions (including through the use of technological innovations) to address contemporary issues such as sustainability, personalization, and the promotion of local heritage. Prix de l'Impact, Arab Bank Switzerland: this prize distinguishes social impact (education and transmission, safeguarding of territories, protection of populations); environmental impact (ecological solutions, local production, promotion of low-carbon materials); and economic impact (development of effective processes and technologies, modernization of traditions, job creation). Grand Prix (architect or designer whose professional practice exceeds 10 years): this prize rewards a concrete achievement, object, or interior architecture project, revealing the talent developed by its creator throughout a recognized career. New to this edition, the Prix du Public, awarded to one of the finalist candidates at the end of an online voting campaign.
