FROM OCTOBER 2 TO 11, 2026, WE INVITE YOU TO CELEBRATE THE 10TH ANNIVERSARY OF LA PLACE AT 10 PASSAGE DE LA CANOPÉE WITH 10 DAYS OF FESTIVAL: DANCE, MUSIC AND VISUAL ARTS. 10 YEARS BRINGING CULTURE TO LIFE Over 10 years, La Place has established itself as a key player in the Parisian, regional and national cultural landscape. A space for expression dedicated to hip-hop, located in the heart of Paris, La Place was born from a strong ambition: to offer this major cultural movement, its artists and its audience a place worthy of it — 1400m2 of spaces to create, transmit and share culture. Over the years, we have welcomed several thousand artists, dancers, musicians, graffiti artists, collectives, professionals and enthusiasts. We have seen new talents emerge, supported careers, fostered encounters and helped to better understand this cultural movement so central to our times. A FESTIVAL IN OUR IMAGE: PLURAL, LIVELY AND GENEROUS For 10 days, from October 2 to 11, 2026, we will transform each of our spaces into a living festival, conceived as a great, unifying popular celebration. Through this event we will bring together music, dance and visual arts, with an unprecedented immersive exhibition blending painting, sculptural works, video and photography, as well as exceptional evenings of concerts, clubbing, battles and dance shows. Historic French rap and the new generation, Afro and Caribbean scenes, dance, graffiti, visual arts, DJ sets and original creations will intersect in a program designed to reflect the richness of hip-hop art forms. Our ambition is to bring communities together at La Place, build bridges between disciplines and offer our audience a comprehensive experience at the heart of the aesthetics that shape our identity. A COLLECTIVE CELEBRATION, A NEW CHAPTER Our 10th anniversary marks a symbolic milestone: the opening of a new chapter. True to the spirit of La Place, we have designed these 10 days of celebration as a collective effort! To mark the transition into the next decade, we have brought together 10 partners — event producers, collectives and media — who have shaped our history. For ten days, artists, audiences, partners and industry players will come together to celebrate what makes our cultures strong: creativity, performance, boldness and the ability to create connection. But also to imagine together what comes next.
