The Fondation groupe EDF continues its contemporary art exhibition cycle on society themes. After « Demain est annulé » and « Ce que l'horizon promet », it proposes with « Moi et les autres, regards d'artistes sur nos vies en ligne » to explore how the internet and social networks have changed our sociability: how the Internet has changed our relationship to ourselves, to others, and to the world; how our social relationships are affected by the massive arrival of the digital world and how artists seize upon these upheavals? To accompany the discovery of this exhibition and consider in a more informed and peaceful way our relationship to social networks and the Internet, the Fondation groupe EDF has deployed several mediation tools. Artists in the exhibition: Nicolas Bailleul, Aram Bartholl, Léa Belooussovitch, Neïl Beloufa, Sophie Calle, Paola Ciarska, Juliette Green, Laurent Grasso, Ben Grosser, Özgür Kar, Béatrice Lartigue, Katherine Longly, Lauren Lee McCarthy, David Leonard, Lorena Lisembard, Randa Maroufi, Magalie Mobetie, Martine Neddam, Philippe Parreno, Valentina Peri, Françoise Pétrovitch, Marilou Poncin, Jeanne Susplugas. Artistic curation: Aurélie Clemente-Ruiz, director of the musée de l'Homme Scientific curation: Camille Roth, computer science researcher at the CNRS and teacher-researcher in sociology at the EHESS. Opening days and hours *Free admission from Tuesday to Sunday by reservation from 12 pm - 7 pm (except public holidays) *Late opening on Thursday until 10 pm And a free 3-day festival! Designed in resonance with the exhibition, a free festival invites visitors to explore how the internet, social networks and AI are transforming our sociability through workshops, talks, screenings, showcases, a Comedy Club and visits of the exhibition. The author and columnist Maïa Mazaurette, the artist MYD, the influencer Gaspard G, the rapper Yamê, the DJ Paloma Colombe, the collective Ctrl+Alt+Reclaim and many others will take part in the event. The festival will open on Friday, April 10 with a day dedicated to educational tools before continuing on Saturday the 11th with a day of digital culture and creation. Sunday the 12th will close the event by addressing the dangers of platform usage, in a playful and creative way.
