Paris Design Week : le tabouret de bar entre forme et usage

Espace Brownstone

On the occasion of Paris Design Week, the exhibition BAR STOOL brings together some thirty French and European designers around a single object, the bar stool. Conceived by designers Athime de Crécy and Quentin Frichet, BAR STOOL occupies the Brownstone space, in the heart of the Marais, from September 10 to 19. Designed as a space to be lived in, BAR STOOL invites everyone to take a seat and freely use the stools on display. The furniture thus regains its primary function, making the exhibition a space of conviviality structured by use and collective experience. An exhibition that offers a chance to see and experience a diversity of approaches, techniques and expressions of contemporary design, between functionality, formal research and an economy of means and resources.
